A shielded server in a data centre that runs only your workspace. That is why Mia can keep working while your laptop is off. With Mia OS it is a small server; with the Dedicated server plan it is a whole computer of your own.

In a chat app you ask a question and get an answer. Mia OS remembers your work, keeps boards up to date, builds apps and carries out tasks at set times, even when you're not there.

Right now Mia works with Claude. Soon you will connect the model from your own account with an AI provider; ChatGPT, Mistral, European providers and a model on your own computer are coming soon too.

Once you connect your own account (coming soon), you pay the provider. Depending on the provider, that's a fixed subscription or pay as you go. Mia OS adds nothing on top. How much you use depends on what you have Mia do. Nobody can predict that to the cent.

Yes, once the other providers are available. Your memory, boards, apps and routines live in Mia OS and stay put when you switch.

Only if you add something yourself, such as extra memory. You pay for your AI model separately, to the provider. Nothing else.

On a shielded server that runs only your workspace, in a data centre in the Netherlands. What you ask the AI model goes to the provider of that model. Your requests to the AI model currently go to Claude, by Anthropic. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on what you send or receive through a business API key. Once you can choose a European provider, that stays in Europe too.

Your data is stored in the Netherlands, on a server that runs only your workspace. We only process it to make Mia OS work. What we do exactly and what rights you have is in the privacy policy. If you want a data processing agreement, email info@mia-automation.com.

You, and the people you give access to. Our team only looks inside your workspace when that's needed to fix a problem.

No. Mia writes drafts and prepares messages. She only posts or sends something once you approve it.

No. Mia only works on your PC or Mac if you install the Mia Bridge and give permission. You can withdraw that permission whenever you like.

Yes, in your phone's browser. A layout designed for small screens is coming soon.

No. Mia OS works in your browser. You only install the Mia Bridge if you want to connect your own PC or Mac.

Yes. With Mia Post you pass messages and tasks to each other. If you work with a larger team or with heavy files, the Dedicated server plan is a better fit.

Yes. With the Mia connector, you add Mia to your own Claude app. From there you work with your boards, memory and workers.

For seven days you can use everything, without a card. After that, if you haven't subscribed, your workspace is locked. You then have seven more days to decide. After that we delete your workspace and your data.

Yes. Everything you make in Mia OS belongs to you. Files you create, such as PDFs, images and videos, you can download whenever you like. A button to export all your work in one go is being finished now.

You can cancel any month. Your workspace keeps working until the end of the paid month. After that we delete your server and your data. Download what you want to keep beforehand.
