Mia is the colleague inside Mia OS. You talk to her, and she keeps working when you stop.
Why an axolotl
Mia is an axolotl, a small salamander that lives a calm life in the water. We chose her because working with Mia should feel that way: calm, and always clear about what's happening.
You can tell from her posture what she's doing. She rests, thinks, works or is done.

Mia OS comes from a small team in the Netherlands. Daan van Oploo, a business owner and musician, started it. He wanted to take the knowledge that business owners usually buy in courses and put it into software that does the work itself.
We build on Mia OS every day and use it ourselves. What's on this site works. What's still being built, we call coming soon.
Mia is the assistant. Mia OS is the product. Mia Automation is the company behind it.

You know in advance what Mia OS costs per month. You pay your AI provider yourself; we don't sit in between. See pricing
Your work stays yours
Everything you make is yours. You download your files whenever you like; one button for all your work at once is coming soon.

If another program suits you better, you'll hear it from us.
Your data
Pick a part and read who sees what of your data.
Your requests to the AI model currently go to Claude, by Anthropic. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on what you send or receive through a business API key.
Your workspace
Where is your data?
In a data centre in the Netherlands, on a server that runs only your workspace. We only process it to make Mia OS work.
