Your data, behind your own walls
Mia does not run in someone else’s anonymous cloud. Every customer gets their own isolated server on hardware we manage ourselves, in the Netherlands.
Own servers in NL
Your environment runs on our own hardware in the Netherlands — no shared multi-tenant database, no data quietly crossing the ocean.
Isolated per customer
Every customer has their own isolated server (VM) with a firewall around it. Environments cannot see or reach each other.
Encrypted backups
Encrypted backups to external storage every night, off-site. Only we can decrypt them — and only to restore you.
Passwords in a vault
All system passwords live in an encrypted vault and are rotated. Production access is limited to what is strictly necessary.
Daily security audit
Every night an automated audit scans all environments for anomalies and vulnerabilities, with a daily report.
Trained against abuse
Mia recognises and refuses manipulation attempts (prompt injection). Suspicious instructions in emails or web pages are flagged, not blindly executed.
No AI training on your data
Your messages, documents and apps are never used to train AI models — not by us, and under our agreements with Anthropic not by the model provider either. What happens in your environment stays yours. Details are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Found a vulnerability?
Report it directly via info@mia-automation.com. We respond quickly, take every report seriously and never take legal action against good-faith reporters (responsible disclosure).
