Open the App Store

The App Store sits as an app on your home screen. Inside you find everything other Mia OS users released: public apps, plus the private apps of the people you are connected to.

Browse and choose

Browse around or search for what you need. Each app shows who made it, what it does and which version it is. Your own apps carry a *yours* label.

Install in one click

Click Install. Mia places the app in your own environment — nothing to download, nothing copied to your device.

Afterwards the icon simply sits on your home screen, as if you had built it yourself. Your data stays yours: you share the app, not the contents.

Frequently asked questions

Can the maker see my data?

No. An installed app runs in your environment with your own storage.

Can I modify an installed app?

Yes. Select it in Build an app and refine it like any other app.
