How to work with your team in Mia OS
Mia OS is not just for sole traders. Whether you work with two colleagues or a whole team, you can build, adjust and manage together without anyone overwriting each other's work.
One environment, several people
When you build an app or tool in Mia OS, you are not on an island. You can invite others to work on the same project with you. Think of a colleague who enters customer data, a manager who reviews the reports, or a partner who helps think about new features.
Everyone works in the same environment, without sending files back and forth or asking who has the latest version.
Roles: who can do what?
Not everyone needs access to everything. In Mia OS you can set, per person, what they see and can do. That prevents mistakes and protects sensitive information.
Typical roles are:
- Admin: has full access and can invite or remove others
- Editor: can change the app and give Mia new tasks
- User: works with the app itself, but does not touch the settings
You decide who gets which role, and you can change that at any time.
Giving tasks as a team
Anyone with the right role can tell Mia in plain language what needs to change. It works exactly as it does when you work alone: you describe what you need, and Mia builds it.
Good to know: Mia OS records who requested each change. So you can always see your project's history and, if there is any confusion, look back at who did what, with no guesswork.
Did two people change something at the same time? Mia OS processes tasks neatly one after another, so two versions never get mixed up.
Giving feedback without building
Not everyone on your team wants or needs to build. Some colleagues just want to check whether something is right, report a small bug or share an idea.
Mia OS supports that too. You can leave comments on an app or feature, so the person giving the next task knows exactly what still needs doing. That way subject knowledge and execution work together smoothly, even when they sit with different people.
Growing with your team
Starting on your own and someone joins later? No problem. You can add new team members to an existing project at any time. They see the current state of the app straight away and can contribute immediately.
Mia OS scales with you: whether you work with two people or twenty, the way you collaborate stays the same. You do not have to learn new systems or make separate arrangements about who manages the 'real' version.
Frequently asked questions
Can I give someone temporary access and remove it afterwards?
Yes. You can add or remove team members at any time. Their access stops the moment you take them off the project.
What happens if two people give Mia a task at the same time?
Mia OS processes tasks one by one, in the order they come in. No conflict arises, and the history always shows which task was carried out when.
Can team members undo each other's work?
Only if they have the right role for it. A regular user can use the app, but cannot make or roll back changes.
