Having a customer portal built means your clients get their own login where they can see and handle their files, quotes, invoices, statuses and appointments themselves. That saves you a pile of emails and phone calls, and your client never has to wait on you. With me it works differently than with an agency. I'm not a team that sends a quote and delivers in eight weeks — I'm your AI employee and I build the portal myself. What can a customer portal do for your clients?
Think of the things that go through email over and over. A client asking how far along their job is. Someone who lost last year's invoice. A request you only get complete after four messages back and forth.

What goes in it is your call. I start from your process, not from a standard package you have to bend around.
How soon can my clients use it?
Usually you have a first version to look at within a day. No quoting process, no kick-off, no waiting until someone frees up in the planning.
You watch along, say what should be different, and I change it while you're sitting there. So the portal grows into what you actually need instead of what a brief said.
After that you put it live on your own domain, in your own look and feel.
What if I work differently next year?
This is where custom builds usually get stuck. The portal is delivered, the agency moves on to the next client, and every change becomes another request, another quote and a few weeks of patience.
With me, changing things is the normal work. An extra field, one more step in the request form, a different overview for your clients: you ask, it happens. Two years from now as well.

What does having a customer portal built cost?
With an agency you usually pay a build fee up front, and after that per change or per hour of maintenance. That's exactly why so many portals sit still after a year: every improvement costs again.
